What if I need to modify my order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, we cannot modify the order. You can however cancel your order within 15 minutes after placing it by logging in to your account and selecting the “Orders” section. Please note you can only cancel the entire order, and modifications cannot be made to quantities or addresses. If you need to make changes we recommend you cancel the order completely and start again

What if I need to change my shipping address?

We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out, and the U.S. Postal Service is not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped. If your package was shipped via FedEx or UPS you can request a redirect, although this may cause you to incur an additional fee.

Can I get same day delivery?

If applicable, “Same Day Shipping” on an order means that the order will leave our warehouse the Same Day! … If Ground shipping is selected on an order that applies for “Same Day Shipping”, the order will ship out the same afternoon & will take approx. 5-7 business days in transit via UPS, USPS or
Fedex Freight.

Payment Proccess?

Please do not reload, refresh or use the back browser button while payment is in progress.
Be informed that there is a certain time limit of 30 minutes to complete your payment.
Please make sure there is sufficient funds and card limits for the transaction before making your purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal payments, Discover, Mastercard, Visa or American Express.

How will i know that my payment completed?

As soon as your payment is accepted you will be redirected back to AJTLuxuryCigars

Returning an unwanted item?

If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

After that?

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Condition for Returns?

The products must be returned in the same state in which they were delivered. The products must be returned intact, unused, complete with any accessories, manuals and packaging material. Make sure the packaging is suitable for shipping.

Return Duration?

You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for our studio to process your return package.
